Jerry Poteet Passed Away
With heavy hearts, we are saddened to report that Sifu Jerry Poteet passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2012 in Los Angeles, California.
His Flame is still burning bright now and into the future through our family, instructors, students, friends, and followers. As Sifu Bruce Lee once said :

On a recent seminar in Spain, I am teaching on what to do when an opponent holds your stick. If you cannot hold the opponents stick, the next thing you have to do is defend an incoming butt hit or strike. This scenario is for the upper part of the body defensive/offensive moves only.
